By engaging patients on our online information platform, we enable them to watch short films and consume multimedia content about their upcoming treatment in an engaging way – before they arrive at the hospital.

Our system will intelligently extract the patients‘ entire „learning experience“ data from the site. It can for example find out when and how much of a video a patient has seen, or where they spent the most time learning about their treatment. Through guided questionnaires we will check whether a patient is scared of the upcoming surgery and why, what their general knowledge about medicine is, if they are answering the questions truthfully and attentively, etc.

By collecting this vital data, we can create efficiency reports, check for threats and possible errors, and provide customer (patient) analysis for hospitals.

Using our information platform, a patients‘ entire learning experience becomes trackable and legally documentable for the first time.
